Bulgarian Platform – EWL accepts members who share our mission, principles and goals.
How do I become a member?
If you recognise yourself or your organisation in our cause and want to be part of the process of inspiration, empowerment and support, we invite you to join the Bulgarian Platform to the European Women’s Lobby and together create the change and society we want to live in.
As members of the Bulgarian Platform – EWL you:
- You belong to the largest alliance of organisations and activists working to build a just Europe, based on our feminist values of equality between women and men, respect for diversity, our values of peace, dignity and justice.
- You get opportunities to exchange information and good practices in the field of gender equality, which are initiated and implemented at European Union level.
- You have the opportunity to influence policies on women in Bulgaria and Europe.
- You have access to training, seminars and conferences on gender equality and violence against women.
- You have access to initiatives that are implemented by various organisations that are members of the European Women’s Lobby.
- You get the opportunity to participate in project initiatives, research and analysis, which are implemented by the Bulgarian Platform – EWL and/or the European Women’s Lobby.
- You get the opportunity to transform the world around us by creating the conditions for intergenerational engagement and critical discussions on women’s rights.
Members of the Association may be:
Non-governmental organizations – annual membership fee of BGN 50, with the right to participate in the General Assembly and with the right to vote in decision-making
Individual membership – annual membership fee of BGN 10, with the right to participate in the General Assembly and without the right to vote in decision-making
